The device comprises a first bridge bracket, a second bridge bracket, two slidingrails, a first sliding assembly, a second sliding assembly, bearing assemblies fixedly arranged on the first sliding assembly and the second sliding assembly, rotating discs arranged on the bearing assemblies in a sleeving mode, supporting tables installed on the rotating discs, first supporting beams and second supporting beams, wherein the first supporting beams and the second supporting beamsare arranged on the supporting tables; a first brake assembly is arranged on the edge of one side of each rotating disc; and second brake assemblies are arranged on the first sliding assembly and thesecond sliding assembly respectively. The first bridge bracket and the second bridge bracket are adopted; the first bridge bracket and the second bridge bracket can be spliced with each other to achieve the assembly of an emergency abutment; the sliding rails, the first sliding assembly and the second sliding assembly are arranged, so that the first sliding assembly and the second sliding assemblycan slide along the sliding rails; the bearing assemblies and the rotating discs are adopted, so that the angle displacement of the first bridge bracket and the second bridge bracket can be adjusted.
