Paving structure for bridge expansion joint
The invention discloses a pavement structure for a bridge expansion joint. The pavement structure comprises a bridge deck pavement layer and an iron plate; the bridge deck pavement layer is arranged on a bridge above the expansion joint and used for connecting and covering the expansion joint; the bridge deck pavement layer is made of reinforced concrete; transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars are arranged in the bridge deck pavement layer in a staggered mode; the iron plate is arranged in the bridge deck pavement layer above the expansion joint; and a deformation section is arranged over the iron plate where the expansion joint is located and used for correspondingly deforming along with the change of the expansion joint. According to the pavement structure of the invention, the expansion joint is covered with the bridge deck pavement layer, and rainwater and garbage soil are prevented from seeping into the expansion joint to cause blockage; meanwhile, the flatness of a bridge deck is guaranteed, and noise generated by vehicle impact is reduced; the deformation section on the iron plate can deform synchronously along with thermal expansion and cold contraction of the bridge, so that the bridge is prevented from being damaged by internal stress generated by the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the bridge. The pavement structure is simple in construction, long in service life and low in maintenance frequency.
本发明公开了一种用于桥梁伸缩缝的铺装结构,包括:桥面铺装层,布置在伸缩缝上方的桥梁上,用于连接和覆盖伸缩缝;桥面铺装层由钢筋混凝土制成,内部交错布置有横向钢筋和纵向钢筋;铁板,布置在伸缩缝上方的桥面铺装层内,伸缩缝所在铁板的正上方布置有变形段,用于随伸缩缝的变化作相应的变形;相比于传统的伸缩缝装置而言,本发明通过桥面铺装层将伸缩缝覆盖在下方,防止雨水和垃圾泥土渗入伸缩缝造成阻塞;同时也保证了桥面的平整性,减小车辆冲击制造的噪音;铁板上的变形段可以随桥梁热胀冷缩同步发生形变,进而避免桥梁热胀冷却产生的内部应力破坏桥梁,且本装置施工简单、使用寿命长,少于维护。
