An underwater gliding device is arranged, so that the sundry cleaning vehicle can conveniently run in water; after water cleaning is finished, the underwater gliding device is placed in a containing groove again, a rotary barrel is placed in a sundry groove again by pulling pull ropes, so that the sundry cleaning vehicle can clean sundries on the land and in water; sundry cleaning is carried out through a machine,and therefore, cleaning speed is high, and time and labor are saved.
