The invention discloses an excrement collecting, sampling and cleaning vehicle. The vehicle comprises a collection box; a cylindrical cavity turntable cavity is formed in the lower side in the collection box; a pipe taking cavity with an upward opening is formed in the left end of the upper wall of the turntable cavity in a communicated manner; a turntable rotating shaft is rotationally connectedbetween the upper and lower walls of the turntable cavity; a turntable is fixedly arranged on the outer circular surface of the turntable rotating shaft; and an excrement collecting mechanism which isarranged in an annular array by taking the turntable rotating shaft as a circle center is arranged in the turntable. According to the excrement collecting, sampling and cleaning vehicle of the invention, excrement can be automatically collected and can be well sealed and stored; outer pipes can be automatically switched, so that different excrement can be separately stored; the collected excrement is prevented from deteriorating and emitting smell; then the excrement is cleaned and stored and excrement produced gas is stored through a retractable excrement cleaning device, finally, residues are removed ; the excrement does not need to be sampled and cleaned manually in the whole process; and a user is prevented from being attacked by animals, and therefore, safety is high, and the use ofthe vehicle is convenient and efficient.
