The embodiment of the invention discloses a construction method of a building pile foundation. The construction method comprises the steps that pile foundation areas are selected; pile holes are rotatably excavated; a pile body reinforcement cage is hoisted in each pile hole, underwater concrete is poured by adopting a conduit method, and standing is performed to form a pile; after the pile bodiesare completely formed, a pouring space is horizontally dug around all the pile bodies in each pile foundation area; a plurality of rubber cylinders are evenly placed in the pouring space, cylindricalstructural bodies used for reducing the shattering degree of the pile bodies are placed in the rubber cylinders, concrete is poured outside the rubber cylinders, soil is poured into the rubber cylinders, and an anti-shattering pouring body is formed; the anti-shattering pouring body is filled with the horizontally excavated material and compacted, and finally a low pile bearing platform is formedat the tops of the pile bodies. By means of the technical scheme, when the vibration force is too large, pressure buffering can be achieved through matched arrangement of the rubber cylinders and thecylindrical mechanism body, all holes in the rubber cylinders are filled with the soil, and the stable effect of the whole structure is further guaranteed.
本发明实施例公开了一种建筑桩基的施工方法,包括:选定桩基区域;旋挖桩孔;在所述桩孔内吊放桩体钢筋笼,并采用导管法灌注水下混凝土,静置成桩;待桩体完全成型后,围绕每个所述桩基区域内的所有桩体平挖一个浇筑空间;在所述浇筑空间内均匀放置多个橡胶筒,在所述橡胶筒内放置有用于降低桩体震裂程度的筒状结构体,并在橡胶筒外浇筑混凝土,在橡胶筒内浇灌泥土,形成抗震裂浇筑体;在抗震裂浇筑体上填充平挖的材料并压实,最后在桩体顶部成型低桩承台。实现了在震荡力过大时,能够通过橡胶筒和筒状机构体的配合设置实现压力的缓冲,并且,在橡胶筒内的所有孔隙均填充泥土,进一步保证整个结构的稳定的效果。
