The invention discloses a construction method for calibration of an ultrahigh large-scale floating roof type oil tank. The construction method comprises following steps: construction preparation, dismounting of a center plate, formation of small doors on the storage tank, construction of a cushion layer, construction of a new raft foundation, press pile reinforcement, backfilling for a tank body foundation, tank body jacking and correction, feeding group welding of the center plate, seal welding of the small doors and test acceptance. According to the construction method, a ring beam is constructed on the periphery of the oil tank for a circle to serve as a foundation of a jack base, I-steel is welded on the tank for a circle to serve as supporting points to support the tank body, construction space for reinforcing the foundation is obtained, static-pressure steel pipe piles are adopted inside to reinforce an original foundation, meanwhile, the influence on the tank body is reduced tothe minimum, therefore, the construction method is safe and concise, construction difficulty is efficiently reduced, the purpose of construction is achieved, more economic benefit is obtained, construction difficulty is greatly reduced, and engineering cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种超高大型浮顶式油罐校正的施工方法,包括如下步骤:施工准备及中幅板拆除→储罐开小门→垫层施工→新筏板基础→压桩加固→罐体基础回填→罐体顶升及矫正→中幅板进料组焊和小门封焊及试验验收。本发明通过在油罐外围一周砌筑环梁作为千斤顶座的基础,利用工字钢焊接在罐体一周作为支撑点,从而顶撑起罐体,获得加固地基基础的施工空间,内部采用静压钢管桩对原地基进行加固,同时把对罐体的影响降到了最低,这种施工方法安全、简洁、高效的降低了施工难度,达到了施工目的,获得了更大的经济效益,大大降低了施工难度和节约了工程成本。
