A light source is arranged on one sidein the measurement main body, and a light sensation element used for acquiring the light sensation intensity is arranged on the other side of the measurement main body. The light source and the lightsensation element are arranged in a measurement inner cavity on the same axis. A water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are connected with the measurement inner cavity and penetrate through the measurement main body. The sludge concentration detection device further comprises a cleaning device for cleaning a transparent glass sheet, and the cleaning device comprises a high-pressure cleaning pump and a pipe fitting connected with the high-pressure cleaning pump.
