The invention provides an assembly type stiff concrete shear wall structure with an embedded connecting steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The assembly type stiff concrete shear wall structure with the embedded connecting steel plate comprises edge profile steel, edge stress longitudinal bars, the embedded connecting steel plate, embedded connecting concrete, grouting sleeves and thelike; under the state that an upper-layer shear wallboard and a lower-layer shear wallboard are connected and assembled, the edge stress longitudinal bars of the lower-layer shear wallboard are inserted into the grouting sleeves corresponding to the upper-layer shear wallboard, and grouting is conducted in the grouting sleeves; the embedded connecting concrete at the bottom of the upper-layer shear wallboard and the embedded connecting steel plate at the top of the lower-layer shear wallboard are mutually embedded and fixedly connected through high-strength bolts, and the edge profile steel ofthe upper-layer shear wallboard and the edge profile steel of the lower-layer shear wallboard are welded and fixed. The shear wall structure has the advantages of high lateral stiffness, high bearingcapacity, simplicity and feasibility in connection of horizontal joints between walls, high reliability, clear force transmission path, small on-site wet working amount, high universality and the like, and can be widely applied to high-rise or super high-rise fabricated buildings.
本发明提供一种带内嵌连接钢板的装配式劲性混凝土剪力墙结构及制作方法,其中带内嵌连接钢板的装配式劲性混凝土剪力墙包括边缘型钢、边缘受力纵筋、内嵌连接钢板、内嵌连接混凝土、灌浆套筒等,在上、下层剪力墙板连接装配的状态下,下层剪力墙板的边缘受力纵筋插入上层剪力墙板对应的灌浆套筒内,并在灌浆套筒内灌浆,上层剪力墙板底部的内嵌连接混凝土与下层剪力墙板顶部的内嵌连接钢板相互嵌合并通过高强螺栓连接固定,上、下层剪力墙板的边缘型钢焊接固定。本发明剪力墙结构的抗侧刚度大,承载力高,墙体间水平接缝的连接简单易行,可靠性高,传力路径清晰,现场湿作业量少通用性强等优点,可能广泛应用于高层或者超高层装配式建筑中。
