The invention discloses a prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation wall body. The prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation wall body comprises a prefabricated main wall body, a thermal insulation layer, an outer wall body and a decoration panel, the prefabricated main wall body is fixed to a base, the outer side face of the prefabricated main wall body is connected with the thermal insulation layer by adopting a positioning anchor rod, the positioning anchor rod stretches out of the thermal insulation layer to provide positioning connection for the outer wall body, the outer wall body is arranged on the side face, away from the prefabricated main wall body, of the thermal insulation layer, and the decoration panel is further arranged on the other side face of the outer wall body. According to the prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation wall body, when the prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation wall body is installed, the thermal insulation layer and the prefabricated main wall body are subjected to pre-positioning connection through matching of a protruding block and a groove firstly, then positioning connection is carried out by utilizing the positioning anchor rod, and finally, further fixing is carried out by utilizing a reinforcing gasket, so that the mounting efficiency of the thermal insulation layer and the stability of the wall body are improved; and in addition,the middle of the positioning anchor rod is of a cavity structure, so that a pouring channel is formed, pouring is conveniently carried out by subsequently adopting slurry with a certain expansion coefficient, and the anchoring performance of the positioning anchor rod is further improved.
