The invention provides a pouring method of a high and large concrete frame column. The pouring method comprises the steps that a steel bar cage is formed by binding column steel bars, a plurality of vibrating holes are formed in the edge of the steel bar cage, and a pouring hole is formed in the central position of the steel bar cage; templates are arranged around the steel bar cage in a supportedmode, and drainage outlets are correspondingly formed in the bottoms of the templates; the templates and the steel bar cage are watered, so that the templates and the steel bar cage are wet, and thesurplus water flows to the bottom of a pouring cavity and is discharged from the drainage outlets; the drainage outlets are blocked; a layer of mortar is poured at the bottom of the pouring cavity; concrete is gradually injected into the pouring cavity by using a feeding guide pipe, and a concrete column is obtained; and the concrete column is vibrated. By forming the drainage outlets, the surpluswater can be quickly discharged from the drainage outlets, thus the concrete frame column root rot caused by ponding at the bottom of the pouring cavity is prevented, and the strength and bearing capacity of the concrete frame column are ensured; and in addition, by improving the vibration technology, the concrete can be vibrated quickly, holes in the concrete frame column are prevented, and theconstruction quality is ensured.
本发明提供了一种高大混凝土框架柱浇筑方法,包括:绑扎柱钢筋形成钢筋笼,在钢筋笼的边缘预留多个振捣孔,在钢筋笼的中心位置预留浇筑孔;在钢筋笼周围支设模板,在模板的底部预留一排水口;对模板和钢筋笼浇水,使模板和钢筋笼湿润,多余的水流动至浇筑腔的底部并从排水口排出;将排水口封堵;管在浇筑腔的底部浇筑一层砂浆;利用下料导管将混凝土逐次注入浇筑腔,得到混凝土柱;对混凝土柱进行振捣。通过预留排水口,多余的水会通过排水口快速排出,从而防止浇筑腔底部出现积水而造成混凝土框架柱烂根,保证混凝土框架柱的强度和支承能力。此外,通过改良振捣工艺,可快速将混凝土振实,且防止混凝土框架柱内部出现孔洞,保证施工质量。
