The device comprises a bobbin formwork unit and a laser measuring unit, the bobbinformwork unit comprises a formwork supporting unit, a formwork unit and an adjusting unit, the formwork supporting unit is connected with a wall, the formwork unit is arranged in the formwork supporting unit, and the relative positions of the formwork unit and the formwork supporting unit are adjusted through the adjusting unit; and the laser measuring unit comprises at least three laser emittingdevices and at least four laser receiving device, wherein the laser emitting devices are fixedly installed at the bottom of an elevator lift shaft, the four laser receiving devices are fixedly installed at the four corners of the bottom of the framework unit respectively, and the laser receiving devices are in signal connection with the adjusting unit. According to the adjusting device, the laserdevice is adopted for measurement, and the adjusting device has the advantages of being easy to operate, high in precision, good in safety and the like.
