Detachable portable high-altitude operation platform and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a detachable portable high-altitude operation platform and a construction method thereof. The operation platform comprises truss supporting rods and an operation platform mechanism fixed to the truss supporting rods through a triangular supporting system, wherein the operation platform mechanism comprises a bottom plate support, a guardrail arranged on the bottom plate support and a bottom plate laid on the bottom plate support; the bottom plate support is formed by combining a straight support and a bent support, the bent support surrounds the truss supporting rods, and the triangular supporting system is connected to the bottom face of the bent support and the side walls of the truss supporting rods; and mounting bases are arranged on the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the bottom plate support, and the guardrail is composed of vertical rods arranged on the mounting bases in an inserted mode and transverse rods connected between the adjacent vertical rods. According to the detachable portable high-altitude operation platform and the construction method thereof, all the components are convenient to install and detach so that the turnover efficiency of measure materials in steel structure construction can be improved; and according to the construction method, the operation platform mechanism and a truss can be assembled and hoisted on the ground together, so that the construction procedures are reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction method can adapt to aloft work at different heights.
