The external scaffold attachment device comprises a connecting plate, a main body connecting assembly and a steel pipe fixing part. One end of the connecting plate is connected with the main body connecting assembly, and the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the steel pipe fixing part. The main body connecting assembly comprises embedded parts and fixing plates, one end of each embedded part is fixedly connected with the corresponding fixing plate, and the other end of each embedded part is fixed in a concrete main body structure.
