The invention relates to the technical field of building structure equipment, in particular to a prefabricated building cast-in-place pouring mold and pouring body. The pouring mold and pouring body comprises a side formwork and a side formwork reinforcing device, wherein the side formwork reinforcing device comprises a detachable connecting piece, a side formwork mounting position, a hooking component used for hooking an exterior wall steel bar and a reinforcing component; the hooking component comprises a hook and a hooking pull rod, wherein the hook is welded to one end of the hooking pullrod; the reinforcing component comprises a backing plate, a reinforcing nut and an end screw, wherein the reinforcing nut is connected with the end screw in a matching mode; the detachable connectingpiece and the backing plate are located at two sides of the side formwork mounting position respectively, the side formwork is arranged at the side formwork mounting position, and the backing plate isattached to one side of the side formwork; and the hooking pull rod is detachably connected with the end screw through the detachable connecting piece. According to the prefabricated building cast-in-place pouring mold and pouring body, the side formwork is easy to fix, so that the phenomena of mold expansion and slurry leakage in the pouring process are reduced or avoided, and the pouring quality of the cast-in-place pouring body at the lap-joint position is improved.
