The device comprises a gudie pipe and a water level indicator, the guide pipe is vertically arranged in the water storage well; the bottom end of the guide pipe is communicated with water in the water storage well; the inner and outer water levels of the guide pipe are flush; the water level indicator comprises a floating part and a vertical rod arranged on the floating part, a plurality of indicator lights are arranged on the vertical rod at intervals in the vertical direction, the floating part floats on the water surface in the guide pipe, the floating part can drive the vertical rod to move in the vertical direction, thevertical rod penetrates out of the top end of the guide pipe, and the water level of the water storage well is detected through the indicator lamps outside the guide pipe. The water level indicator is arranged in the guide pipe, the indicator lamps are arranged on the vertical rod at intervals, the actual water level in the water storage well is judged by observing the indicator lamps outside theguide pipe, and the device has the advantages of facilitating long-distance observation and improving the observation efficiency.
