The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, and discloses a rice field ditch self-control device. Cones are of conical structures and are irregularly distributed on the outer circle wall surfaces of adaptive columns; two water wheel plates are fixedly mounted on the wall surface of the side, far away from a middle plate, of a main plate, are of arc-shaped structures and are located among the four adaptive columns; an auxiliary plate is arranged on the side, away from the middle plate, of the main plate and is of a cylindrical structure; and the side wall surface, close to themiddle plate, of the auxiliary plate is fixedly installed together with the side wall surfaces, away from the middle plate, of the water wheel plates and the cones. The baffles are arranged between ditches; the front side wall surface and the rear side wall surface of each baffle are attached to the two sides of each ditch respectively; the middle plate is arranged between the two baffles; two ejection blocks are connected with two ejection grooves and four connecting grooves in a clamped mode; clamping columns are rotated to move towards the ejection grooves, and therefore the ejection blocksand the ejection grooves are fixed together through the clamping columns; and a disassembling column is rotated by downward movement of a movable sleeve.
