The invention provides an intelligent energy-saving building with a health monitoring function, relates to the technical field of energy-saving building construction, and solves the problems in that buildings can meet energy-saving and environment-friendly requirements and provide a certain guarantee for health of people. The intelligent energy-saving building comprises a building body, a large accumulator, a solar panel, a central control processing system and an air quality adjusting system. An energy-saving lamp, an illuminating lamp, an air conditioner and an infrared temperature monitoring device with an alarm function are installed in a floor; the central control processing system controls the energy-saving lamp, the illuminating lamp and the air conditioner; a health monitoring wrist strap receiving area is arranged at an entrance of the building body; and a health monitoring wrist strap can detect the heart rate, blood oxygen and pulse of a wearer and send detection results toa health monitoring terminal. Electric energy is saved; the body temperatures and the physical conditions of people in the building can be detected, so that a certain guarantee is provided for healthof all people in the building; and safe air is provided for the building through the air quality adjusting system, so that an air environment in the building is guaranteed, and a beneficial environment is provided for health of all people in the building.
