The invention discloses a plate seam beautifying imitation method based on the imprinting technology. An upper pressing plate is adopted to imprint abbatre and a seam beautifying imitation structure on a plate. The invention further discloses an upper pressing plate, a press, the structure of a plate seam beautifying imitation preparation system, and a seam beautifying plate based on the imprinting technology. According to the invention, the continuous imprinting manner is adopted to press a pattern on the surface of the plate, the indentation depth of the pattern is far greater than that of the pattern pressed by an embossing roller, the pattern is clearer, the pattern still has an obvious concave-convex sense even if an ink layer and a finish paint layer are coated on the pattern later,and the reality sense and the layering of the pattern are obviously better than those of the existing plate; and in addition, during the pattern imprinting process, the seam beautifying structure canbe imprinted simultaneously different from the prior art needing the aftertreatment technology including cutting, printing or film pressing. The plate seam beautifying imitation method is simple in technology and saves man-hour.
本发明公开了一种基于压印技术的板材仿美缝方法，采用上压板在板材压出凹凸花纹以及仿美缝结构。并公开了上压板、压机以及板材仿美缝制备系统的结构，以及基于压印技术的美缝板材。本发明采用连续压印的方式在板材表面压出花纹，其压痕深度远高于印花辊的方式压出的花纹，花纹更清晰，即便后期在花纹上覆上油墨层和面漆层，仍具有明显的凹凸感，真实感和层次感明显优于现有的板材，并且在压印花纹的过程中即可同时压出美缝结构，不像现有技术需要进行切割、印刷或压膜的后处理工艺，本发明工艺简单，节约工时。
