Preparation method of complex-shaped aluminum oxide ceramic
The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum oxide ceramic forming, and particularly relates to a preparation method of complex-shaped aluminum oxide ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a premixed solution by mixing water, a monomer, a cross-linking agent and a dispersing agent, stirring and dissolving to obtain the premixed solution, (2) preparing aluminagel injection molding slurry by uniformly mixing alumina powder, silicon oxide powder and the premixed solution according to a mass ratio of 60: 40-95: 5 to obtain slurry, (3) adding a catalyst and aninitiator by adding the catalyst and the initiator into the slurry, and uniformly mixing, (4) carrying out gel injection molding by transferring the slurry obtained in the step (3) into a mold, curing at room temperature or heating for curing, cooling, demolding and drying to obtain a ceramic biscuit, and (5) firing ceramic by sintering the ceramic biscuit. The shrinkage rate of the product prepared by the method is less than 5%, the product has higher density and strength, the production cost is low, and the yield is high.
本发明属于氧化铝陶瓷成型技术领域,具体涉及一种复杂形状氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法。该方法包含以下步骤:(1)预混液配制:将水、单体、交联剂和分散剂混合,搅拌溶解,得到预混液;(2)氧化铝凝胶注模浆料制备:将氧化铝粉体、氧化硅粉体和预混液混合均匀,得到浆料,其中,氧化铝粉体和氧化硅粉体与预混液的质量比为60:40‑95:5;(3)加入催化剂和引发剂:向浆料中加入催化剂和引发剂,混合均匀;(4)凝胶注模:将步骤(3)得到的浆料转移到模具中,室温固化或者加热固化,冷却后脱模干燥,得到陶瓷素坯;(5)陶瓷烧成:陶瓷素坯烧结。采用该方法制备的产品收缩率小于5%,具有更高的致密度和强度,生产成本低,成品率高。
