The invention provides talc ceramic which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-76 parts of raw talc, 60-66 parts of Guangfeng black talc, 1-5 parts of lithium feldspar,26-31 parts of potassium feldspar, 9-13 parts of kaolin, 2-7 parts of bentonite and 24-29 parts of carclazyte. The talc ceramic provided by the invention is low in firing temperature and high in thermal stability, and when the talc ceramic is used in a shock cooling and shock heating manner, particularly in a daily use process, heat exchange with the maximum temperature range of 5-100 DEG C possibly occurs, so that a product is not easy to crack.
本发明提供一种滑石瓷,由以下原料制成,按重量份计:生滑石70‑76份、广丰黑滑石60‑66份、锂长石1‑5份、钾长石26‑31份、高领土9‑13份、彭润土2‑7份、白土24‑29份。本发明提供的滑石瓷烧成温度低,热稳定性强,骤冷骤热使用时,特别是日常使用过程可能出现的最大温度范围5℃~100℃的热交换,产品不容易发生炸裂。
