The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge construction and discloses a pedestrian bridge with good wind resistance suitable for canyons. The pedestrian bridge comprises a first base, a second base, a supporting beam, a bridge plate, handrails and a plurality of arc-shaped fences, wherein the first base and the second base are oppositely arranged on two canyons respectively, the two ends of the supporting beam are fixedly arranged on the first base and the second base respectively, the bridge plate is arranged on the supporting beam, the handrails are installed on the two sides ofthe bridge plate, and the arc-shaped fences and the supporting beam are integrally formed. An inner poriton of the supporting beam is hollow, a plurality of shock absorption damper assemblies are arranged in the supporting beam, one end of each shock absorption damper assembly is adsorbed in the supporting beam in a vacuum mode, the other end of each shock absorption damper assembly is adsorbed onthe bridge plate in a vacuum mode, and a containing groove is arranged in the canyon. Therefore, by arranging the supporting beam and the multiple arc-shaped fences integrally formed with the supporting beam, stability of the bridge can be improved; and the multiple shock absorption damper assemblies are arranged in the supporting beam so that the bridge has high wind resistance and damping performance, and a service life of the bridge is prolonged.
