The water pushing cutting unit driving mechanisms drive the water pushing cutting units to synchronously rotate in an axial direction; the circumferential large rotation driving mechanism drives all water pushing cutting units to rotate circumferentially around the upright post; the sewage extrusion drainage collection device comprises an outer sewage storage tank and an inner sewage extrusion drainage pipeline arranged in the outer sewage storage tank; a plurality of sewage sucking units which are arranged side by side are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the outer sewage storage tank; and a piston extrusion partition cutting component is arranged in the inner sewage extrusion drainage pipeline.
