The invention relates to a railway near-edge deep foundation pit supporting method. The method comprises the steps that a hole is drilled in the edge, close to a railway, of a preset foundation pit, asteel pipe is placed, cement paste is poured into the steel pipe, the steel pipe forms a steel pipe pile, and the distance between the steel pipe pile and the edge of the foundation pit is 400 mm-500mm; a foundation pit is excavated after the steel pipe piles are formed, pre-stressed anchor cables are driven into the side walls close to the railway while excavating, and the other three side walls are sloped while being excavated; after the depth of the foundation pit reaches the depth of the steel pipe pile, the side wall close to the railway is sloped until excavation of the foundation pitis completed, and a prestressed anchor rod is driven in the sloping process; and after the depth of the foundation pit reaches the depth of the steel pipe pile, sloping is conducted close to the sidewall of the railway till excavation of the foundation pit is completed, and a prestressed anchor rod inclining downwards by 15 degrees is driven in the sloping process. According to the method, compared with a traditional supporting scheme, the situation that cost is greatly increased or construction cannot be carried out due to the influences of multiple conditions that space is narrow, the edgeof a foundation pit has large loads, and an existing structure needs to be transformed when the foundation pit is excavated in a sloping mode can be avoided, construction unit cost is saved, construction efficiency is high, and safety coefficients are good.
本发明涉及一种铁路临边深基坑支护方法,在预定基坑靠近铁路的边缘钻孔并放入钢管,向钢管注水泥浆,钢管成钢管桩,钢管桩距离基坑边缘400mm‑500mm;钢管桩成形后开挖基坑,边挖边向靠近铁路的侧壁中打入预应力锚索,另外三个侧壁边挖边放坡;基坑深度达到钢管桩深度后靠近铁路的侧壁放坡,直至基坑开挖完成,放坡过程中打入预应力锚杆;基坑深度达到钢管桩深度后靠近铁路的侧壁放坡,直至基坑开挖完成,放坡过程中打入向下倾斜15°的预应力锚杆,本发明相较于传统类型的支护方案,可以避免因空间狭小、基坑边缘有较大荷载、放坡开挖基坑需要改造现有构筑物等众多情况影响造成成本大量增加或者无法进行施工,节约建设单位成本,施工效率高,安全系数好。
