The invention provides an air film offshore wind power foundation structure prefabrication method. The air film offshore wind power foundation structure prefabrication method comprises the following steps of (1) welding a steel cylinder wall and an inner cabin plate to manufacture a prefabricated steel cylinder; (2) manufacturing a steel cylinder top cover and a transition section reinforcement cage; (3) pouring concrete to the steel cylinder top cover; (4) supporting a flexible air film on the outer side of the transition section steel reinforcement cage, sealing the top of the transition section steel reinforcement cage, and inflating the interior of the transition section steel reinforcement cage; (5) after inflation shaping, spraying a layer of cement mortar to the surface of the flexible air film on the inner side of the transition section reinforcement cage; spraying the concrete layer by layer from the inner side of the transition section reinforcement cage until all concrete issprayed; and (6) deflating the flexible air film, and detaching the part, not embedded into the concrete, of the flexible air film; concrete curing. According to the method, the strength of the outerside of the concrete is improved, and meanwhile the influence of seawater corrosion on steel bars is reduced.
本发明提供了一种气膜海上风电基础结构预制方法,包括以下步骤:(一)将钢制的筒壁和内部分舱板焊接,制作预制钢筒;(二)制作钢筒顶盖和过渡段钢筋笼;(三)为钢筒顶盖浇筑混凝土;(四)将柔性气膜支撑在过渡段钢筋笼的外侧,使过渡段钢筋笼的顶部密封,再对过渡段钢筋笼的内部进行充气;(五)充气定型后,在过渡段钢筋笼内侧向柔性气膜的表面喷射一层水泥砂浆;从过渡段钢筋笼内侧逐层喷射混凝土,直至完成所有混凝土的喷射;(六)将柔性气膜放气,将柔性气膜没有嵌入混凝土中的部分进行拆卸;进行混凝土养护。本发明提高混凝土外侧强度的同时,使得钢筋受到海水腐蚀影响降低。
