The invention relates to the technical field of drainage tube repair, and particularly relates to a leakage repair construction method for an underground drainage tube. The leakage repair constructionmethod comprises the following steps: 1) performing flaw detection on the underground drainage tube; step 2) excavating ground which corresponds to a leakage part of the underground drainage tube until a tube body leakage part is exposed; step 3) coating a liquid-state pipeline repair composition on the tube body leakage part; step 4) introducing water into the underground drainage tube after thepipeline repair composition is cured, and detecting whether leakage exists or not; step 5) if leakage still exits, re-coating the liquid-state pipeline repair composition to repair; and step 6) afterunderground drainage tube repair is accomplished, backfilling composite soil into an excavated pit to repair a road surface, wherein the composite soil comprises rubber particles and soil. The leakage repair construction method has the effects of absorbing vibration impact by the rubber particles, not easily re-damaging the repaired underground drainage tube due to physical impact, and effectively reducing repair frequency.
