Multiple energy dissipation plates of different yield segment lengths are arranged between the multiple fixed plates. Corresponding first connecting holes are formed in the multiple fixed plates, and the fixed plates are fixedly connected with the energy dissipation plates through connecting parts and the first connecting holes. The energy dissipation device is provided with multiple yield points, and the energy dissipation device can be controlled to start yield energy dissipation under frequent earthquakes. Meanwhile, the long yield segment energy dissipation plates entering yield energy dissipation quite late can have large ultimate deformation capacity, and thereforethe function of improving ductile deformation capacity and fatigue resistance of the energy dissipation device is achieved; and meanwhile, the energy dissipation device adopts the construction form ofthe multiple energy dissipation plates, the mechanical property of the energy dissipation device can be flexibly adjusted, and the actual engineering application requirements can be met.
