The invention relates to an assembly type stair and a construction method thereof. The assembly type stair comprises a stair board and at least one stair column arranged on a base, wherein a first pouring hole is formed in each stair column, and the first pouring hole penetrates through the top end of the corresponding stair column; the stair board is of a prefabricated structure, a cast-in-placechannel is formed on the stair board, and each first pouring hole communicates with the cast-in-place channel; and cast-in-place concrete is filled into the cast-in-place channel and each first pouring hole, so that the stair board is fixedly connected to each stair column. According to the assembly type stair disclosed by the invention, the stair board and the stair column are form boards, concrete is poured into the cast-in-place channel formed on the stair board, and the cast-in-place concrete enters the first pouring holes of the stair columns, so that integral solidification of the stairboard and the stair columns can be realized after the cast-in-place concrete enters the stair columns, and therefore, construction is convenient, and the construction period can be effectively shortened. Cooperative stress of components of the stair can be improved, and the stair board, the stair columns and the base define an integral co-stress structure, so that force can be transmitted to the base better, and therefore, structure quality and anti-seismic property of the assembly type stair are improved, and the service life of the assembly type stair is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种装配式楼梯及其施工方法,该装配式楼梯包括梯板和设置于基础上的至少一个梯柱,各梯柱内均具有第一浇筑孔,第一浇筑孔贯通对应梯柱的顶端;梯板为预制结构,梯板上形成有现浇通道,各第一浇筑孔均与现浇通道连通,通过现浇混凝土填充现浇通道及各第一浇筑孔从而使梯板与各梯柱固结在一起。本发明利用梯板和梯柱为模板,通过在梯板上形成的现浇通道浇筑混凝土,现浇混凝土进入梯柱内的第一浇筑孔之后即可实现梯板与梯柱的整体固结,施工方便,能有效地缩短工期;能提高楼梯各构件之间的协同受力性,梯板与梯柱以及基础形成整体共同受力结构,能较好地将力传递给基础,从而提高装配式楼梯的结构质量、抗震性能和使用寿命。
