The invention discloses a building component forming mold robot. The building component forming mold robot comprises a walking device, a lifting device, a pair of supporting arms, a clamping device, rotating devices, a first side mold, a second side mold and a control system, wherein the lifting device is arranged on the walking device; the clamping device and the supporting arms are arranged on the lifting device, the first side mold is arranged on one of the supporting arms, the second side mold is arranged on the other of the supporting arms, the clamping device drives the first side mold and the second side mold to be combined to form a mold with a mold cavity, and the rotating devices are arranged on at least one of the two supporting arms so that the position of the mold can be rotatably adjusted in the vertical plane; and the control system controls the walking device, the lifting device, the clamping device and the rotating devices to move. The building component forming mold robot can work automatically and make a vertical structure of a building in a modularization manner, realizes automated construction and effectively improves the efficiency of building construction.
本发明公开一种建筑构件成型模具机器人,包括行走装置、升降装置、一对支臂、夹抱装置、旋转装置、第一侧模、第二侧模及控制系统;所述升降装置设置于所述行走装置上;所述夹抱装置及支臂设置于所述升降装置上,所述第一侧模设置于其中一所述支臂上,所述第二侧模设置于另一所述支臂上,所述夹抱装置驱使所述第一侧模及第二侧模合并形成具有模腔的模具,所述旋转装置设置于两所述支臂的至少一者上,以驱动所述模具在竖直平面上转动地调节位置;所述控制系统控制所述行走装置、升降装置、夹抱装置及旋转装置动作。本发明建筑构件成型模具机器人能自动行走并模块化地制作建筑竖向结构,实现自动化施工,有效提高建筑施工效率。
