Construction method for support-free hanging mold tool of horizontal post-cast strip
The invention discloses a construction method for a support-free hanging mold tool of a horizontal post-cast strip. The construction method comprises a construction method of the post-cast strip at anon-superimposed slab part and a construction method of a superimposed slab part, wherein the construction method of the post-cast strip at the non-superimposed slab part comprises following steps: determining combination of different forms of a formwork, opposite pulling screws, embedded parts, wood brace secondary beams, a square steel girder and an upper square steel lifting beam according to position width and plate thickness of the post-cast strip; drawing a working diagram of a hanging mold shaping tool; proposing material plan and purchasing; processing the hanging mold shaping tool; mounting the embedded parts on two sides of the post-cast strip; and mounting the customized hanging mold tool. According to the method, the post-cast strip form erecting is realized by the formwork, the opposite pulling screws, the embedded parts, the wood brace secondary beams, the square steel girder and the upper square steel lifting beam without use of a large number of steel pipes, space occupation of the steel pipes is avoided, meanwhile, labor cost during form erecting is greatly reduced, and the form erecting operation is easier and more convenient.
本发明公开了一种用于水平后浇带免支撑吊模工具的施工方法,包括非叠合板部位的后浇带施工方法和叠合板部位的施工方法,非叠合板部位的后浇带施工方法包括以下步骤:根据后浇带的位置、宽度及板厚确定模板、对拉螺杆、预埋件、木枋次梁、方钢主梁及上部方钢吊梁不同形式的组合;绘制定型吊模工具加工图;提出材料计划及采购;吊模定型工具的加工;后浇带两侧预埋件的安装;定制吊模工具的安装。本发明通过模板、对拉螺杆、预埋件、木枋次梁、方钢主梁及上部方钢吊梁实现后浇带支模,无需使用大量的钢管,避免钢管占用空间,同时大大的减少支模时的人工成本,而且对于支模操作更加的轻松方便。
