Downward concrete conveying device and method
The invention provides a downward concrete conveying device and method, and belongs to the technical field of concrete conveying control. The device and method aim to adjust the flow in real time according to the flow speed of concrete in a pipeline so as to ensure continuous conveying of the concrete in the pipeline. The device comprises a hopper and a pipeline arranged under the hopper. An inletand an outlet of the pipeline are each provided with a speed meter, and a stopper is further arranged at the outlet of the pipeline to control the flow rate at the outlet. Through the device, the flow rate at the outlet is adjusted and controlled in real time according to the actual flow rate of concrete entering the pipeline on site, and thus flowing continuity and uniformity of the concrete inthe pipeline are guaranteed; and besides, the dynamic control logic can also eliminate unfavorable factors of excessive limitation, so conveying efficiency is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种用于混凝土向下输送的装置及输送方法,属于混凝土输送控制技术领域,目的在于实现根据管道中的混凝土流速来实时调节流量、确保管道中混凝土连续输送。它包括料斗以及设置于其下方的管道,管道的入口和出口处各设置了一个测速仪,管道出口处还设有截止器,用于控制出口流量。通过本发明的装置,根据现场混凝土进入管道的实际流量,实时调整控制出口流量,从而保证混凝土在管道中流动的连续性和均匀性;另一方面这种动态控制逻辑,也能消除过度限制的不利因素,从而保证输送效率。
