The invention discloses a damping anti-seismic support. The damping anti-seismic support comprises two supporting plates, at least two fixing plates, a first vertical damping anti-seismic part and connecting anchor bars, wherein the two supporting plates are oppositely arranged at an interval, and each supporting plate is formed into a plate-shaped piece; the two fixing plates are oppositely arranged, each fixing plate is located between the two supporting plates and is perpendicular to the supporting plates, and a containing cavity is defined between the two fixing plates and the two supporting plates in a matched mode; the first vertical damping anti-seismic part is located in the containing cavity, and the two ends of the first vertical damping anti-seismic part are detachably connectedwith the corresponding supporting plates separately; and one ends of the connecting anchor bars are connected with one ends of the supporting plates, and the other ends of the connecting anchor barsare connected with the outer wall surface of a building. The damping anti-seismic support device is ingenious in structure, convenient and fast to install, excellent in seismic isolation performance and high in safety performance.
