Shield grouting slurry, preparation method and construction device thereof
The invention relates to shield grouting slurry, a preparation method and a construction device thereof. The preparation method of the shield grouting slurry comprises the following steps that 30-70 parts of lime, 250-350 parts of fly ash, 80-120 parts of bentonite, 350-550 parts of fine sand and 350-450 parts of water are selected to be mixed and stirred by mass to obtain first mixed slurry; and30-70 parts of lime is selected to be mixed and stirred with the first mixed slurry, and the shield grouting slurry is obtained. Compared with traditional cement-based grout, the shield grouting slurry is high in water-retaining property and dilution resistance, small in percentage of contraction and high in percentage of consolidation; meanwhile, the obtained shield grouting slurry is high in consistency; and the shield grouting slurry can be poured into the gap between a shield tunneling machine body and a soil body through a radial hole of the shield tunneling machine body and can support the soil body quickly and effectively, and accordingly, safety accidents such as land subsidence are eliminated.
本发明涉及一种盾体注浆浆液、制备方法及其施工装置,盾体注浆浆液的制备方法包括以下步骤:以质量份计,选取30份~70份石灰、250份~350份粉煤灰、80份~120份膨润土、350份~550份细砂及350份~450份水进行混合并搅拌,得到第一混合浆液;选取30份~70份石灰与第一混合浆液混合并搅拌,得到盾体注浆浆液。相比传统的水泥基砂浆而言,盾体注浆浆液的保水性、抗稀释性能强,收缩率小且固结率高;同时,制得的盾体注浆浆液的稠度大,通过盾构机本体的径向孔即可注入盾构机本体与土体之间的间隙内,能够快速、有效的对土体进行支撑,从而消除地面沉降等安全事故。
