The invention provides a method for manufacturing a fireproof, waterproof and heat-insulating integrated outer-wall permanent formwork. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a rock woolbelt as a heat-insulating plate core veneer, and mixing glass fiber gridding cloth with prepared mortar so as to obtain a glass fiber and mortar mixture; and brushing the obverse and reverse sides ofthe rock wool belt core veneer with the mortar, subjecting the glass fiber and mortar mixture as well as the rock wool belt core veneer to rolling treatment, and carrying out drying, turning and curing for several times. According to the method, a heat-insulating composite plate is cured twice when manufactured, the two cured main surfaces are different, a plate turning structure is utilized for achieving the turning treatment of the heat-insulating composite plate, and the obverse and reverse sides of the heat-insulating composite plate are cured respectively, so that the heat-insulating composite plate can be cured more uniformly, the product quality can be improved, and the mass production can be achieved.
本发明的提供一种防火防水保温一体化外墙免拆模板的制作方法，包括：取岩棉带作为保温板芯板，将玻纤网格布与调制好的砂浆混合，得到玻纤砂浆混合物；将岩棉带芯板的正反两面刷涂砂浆，再将玻纤砂浆混合物与岩棉带芯板进行滚压处理，多次干燥、翻面以及多次养护。本发明在制作保温复合板时，对保温复合板进行两次养护，且两次养护的主面不同，利用翻板结构实现保温复合板的翻面处理，分别对保温复合板的正反两面进行养护，使得保温复合板养护更加均匀，提高了产品质量，可进行批量生产。
