The invention discloses a station departure system based on a transfer island. The system comprises a transfer island, an outbound channel located in front of an outbound gate of a station, a ticket checking riding area located behind a security checking area of a public transport station, an outbound special channel, a transfer special channel, a railway luggage storing, taking and transporting device used for storing passenger luggage, and a railway passenger ferry vehicle with a ticket checking function. The railway luggage storing, taking and transporting device and the railway passenger ferry vehicle go back and forth between the outbound channel and the transfer island through the outbound special channel; the railway luggage storing, taking and transporting device is used for transporting luggage stored by passengers to the transfer island from the outbound channel; the railway passenger ferry vehicle is used for transporting passengers to the transfer island through the outbound channel and completing ticket checking, and the passengers can be passengers carrying or not carrying luggage. The transfer special channel is used for providing a quick channel for passengers arriving at the transfer island from the outbound special channel to quickly enter the ticket checking riding area of the public transport station.
