The preparation method comprises the following operation steps: S1, crushing waste materials; S2, stirring anddissolving; S3, extruding, dissolving and filtering; S4, adding carbon dioxide; S5, drying at high temperature; S6, carrying out ultrasonic separation. Waste materials having the particle size largerthan a certain size are circularly ground again through a threaded circulation structure; by means of a centrifugal vibration structure, grinding kettle waste is thrown into the threaded circulation structure and a stirring kettle, CaCo3 is subjected to high-temperature decomposition through the drying structure on a high-temperature drying box to generate calcium oxide CaO and carbon dioxide CO2,CaCO3 (high temperature)=CaO+CO2(gas), and thus the effect of recycling quick lime is achieved.
