The invention discloses a construction method of a non-water-seepage plastic runway. The method comprises: paving particle aggregate on the surface of the asphalt concrete base layer; after the particle aggregate is dried, forming a compact layer; covering a film on the compact layer to detect the moisture condition; after the moisture condition is qualified, brushing a viscous mixed filler on thecompact layer to form a bonding layer; and when the bonding layer has a certain hardness, paving plastic slurry on the surface to form a plastic surface layer. The particle aggregate is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of quartz sand, 2-3 parts of colloidal particles and 2-5 parts of an adhesive. The viscous mixed filler is formed by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of colloidal particles and 5-7 pats of environment-friendly latex; the plastic surface layer comprises a base material layer and a surface material layer,and the thickness ratio of the base material layer to the surface material layer is 10: 3. The surface, making contact with the plastic surface layer, of the asphalt concrete can be compacted, meanwhile, high-viscosity connection between the asphalt concrete and the plastic surface layer can be achieved, and the bonding effect is guaranteed.
