The invention discloses a hot rolling roller for asphalt road construction. The roller structurally comprises a vertical rod, a mounting frame, a fixing head and a cylinder body; the cylinder body ismechanically connected with the mounting frame through the fixing head; the mounting frame is mounted on the walking device through two vertical rods vertically fixed at the upper end; the cylinder body comprises a charging hole, a heating core, small heat dissipation holes, a discharging hole, a material collecting mechanism and a self-propelled scraper blade; the charging hole and the discharging hole are communicated with the heating core; more than two small heat dissipation holes are formed in the heating core; and a slideway matched with the self-propelled scraper blade is arranged on the heating core. According to the invention, when the cylinder body rolls, remaining materials are concentrated in the lower layer due to the gravity effect, therefore, the charging hole and the discharging hole which are distributed in an X shape in the crossed mode are formed in the heating core, no matter how the heating core rolls, one discharging port is located in the lower layer, remaining materials in the heating core are effectively discharged, the remaining materials on the inner wall of the heating core can be scraped cleanly by combining the self-propelled scraper blade in the discharging process, and the situation that combustion is affected due to mixing of newly-added materials and old materials is avoided.
本发明公开了一种沥青道路施工的热碾压滚筒，其结构包括立杆、安装框架、固定头、筒体，筒体通过固定头与安装框架机械连接，安装框架通过上端垂直固定的两个立杆安装在行走器上，筒体包括加料口、加热芯、散热小孔、出料口、集料机构、自走式刮板，加料口与出料口与加热芯相通，加热芯上设有两个以上的散热小孔，加热芯上设有与自走式刮板配合的滑道，本发明筒体在滚动中，由于重心作用，余料集中的下层，因此在加热芯内设有成X字形交叉分布的加料口与出料口，这样不管如何滚动都有一个出料口位于下层，使加热芯内余料有效的排出，而在排料中配合自走式刮板将加热芯内壁残留也能刮除干净，避免新加料与旧料混合影响燃烧。
