The invention discloses a deceleration strip and isolation strip system for treating automobile exhaust by utilizing microbial plants. The deceleration strip and isolation strip system comprises an embedded deceleration strip, a filtering material, a gas suction layer, a gas distribution device, a gas distribution pipe, a solar cell panel, a one-way gas waterproof permeable membrane and an isolation strip system, the isolation strip system is composed of green plants, soil, microbiota, air distribution pipes and permeable geotextile. Gas is extruded by negative pressure generated by an automobile to the deceleration strip to pass through the filtering material to adsorb particulate matters and carbon monoxide; the filtered tail gas is absorbed by the gas distribution device in a gas suction groove and is distributed to the isolation strip system through the gas distribution pipe, and harmful gas in the tail gas is absorbed and utilized in the isolation strip system by utilizing microbiota cultured by coral sand and ceramsite and plants planted on an isolation strip. According to the invention, transformation is carried out on the basis of traffic road infrastructures, microorganisms and plants cultivated in isolation belts beside roads are utilized to absorb tail gas pollutants, so that the method is economical and energy-saving, and the purification of automobile tail gas is practical and effective.
