The invention discloses a seawall toe guard reinforcing structure with a wave dissipation function. The seawall toe guard reinforcing structure comprises a prefabricated box body, wherein the prefabricated box body is arranged on the outer side of an original seawall toe guard through anti-skid supporting feet at the bottom; and the seawall toe guard reinforcing structure is characterized in thatthe original seawall toe guard is arranged behind the prefabricated box body, a monitoring box is installed on the outer wall of the rear side of the prefabricated box body, a pipeline is connected tothe monitoring box, positioning blocks are installed on the seawall toe guard and arranged on one side of an equipment box, a first displacement sensor and a second displacement sensor are installedin the monitoring box, the first displacement sensor and the second displacement sensor are connected with signal lines, penetrate through a pipeline and then are connected to an external monitoring signal box, and the first displacement sensor is used for monitoring vertical movement of the prefabricated box body, the second displacement sensor is used for monitoring left-right movement of the prefabricated box body. The seawall toe guard reinforcing structure overcomes the defects in the prior art, overcomes the defects of the impact releasing capacity of an original seawall toe guard structure, effectively dissipates waves through reasonable structural arrangement and the wave motion law, reduces impact damage of wave breaking to a seawall, and is suitable for application and popularization.
