The invention discloses a construction method for sinking a cast-in-place pile in a backfill soil layer. The construction method mainly aims at a stratum with large difference of elevation of a bearing stratum by adopting single-pile tube construction, is large in pile length and limited in height of a pile driver tower, and a special tube bottom end seal head is adopted for a single-pile tube belt to construct in order to avoid frequent replacement of the length of the pile tube, and each pile is provided with a seal head. By the adoption of the construction method, the hole collapse phenomenon is obviously improved, the construction period is shortened, the cost is reduced, and good construction quality is achieved.
本发明公开一种在回填土层中沉管灌注桩的施工方法,采用单桩管施工主要针对持力层面标高相差大的地层,而且桩长度大,打桩机塔架高度是有限的,为了避勉发生频繁的更换桩管长度而采用单桩管带专用管底端封头施工,每一个桩一个封头。通过采用本发明中的施工方法,塌孔现象明显改善,施工周期缩短,费用降低,具有很好的施工质量。
