Cooling water supply device for plate type heat exchanger
The invention discloses a cooling water supply device for a plate type heat exchanger. One end of a water inlet tube is connected to a water outlet of an automatic water filter in a cold flow system of the plate type heat exchanger; the other end of the water inlet tube is fixedly connected to a water inlet in the lower end of a high-level water tank; the automatic water filter communicates with awater taking hole through a water supply pump; water which flows into the automatic water filter through the water taking hole and the water supply pump enters the high-level water tank through the water inlet tube; setting elevation of the high-level water tank is higher than that of the plate type heat exchanger; and the bottom of the high-level water tank is provided with a plurality of V-shaped mud buckets. The cooling water supply device can greatly improve water quality of cooling water of a cold water system in the water supply system for the plate type heat exchanger, improves heat exchange performance and hydraulic performance of the plate type heat exchanger, and can prolong the service life of the plate type heat exchanger; and reliable guarantee is provided for safe operationof a main machine pump unit.
本发明公开了一种板式热交换器冷却水供应装置，进水管一端与板式热交换器冷流系统中自动滤水器的出水口连接，进水管另一端与高位水池下端的进水口固定连接，自动滤水器经过供水泵与取水口连通，经取水口和供水泵流入自动滤水器的水通过进水管进入高位水池中，高位水池安装高程高于板式热交换器；高位水池的底部具有多个呈V字型的泥斗。本发明可以大大改善板式热交换供水系统中冷水系统的冷却水水质，改善板式热交换器的换热性能与水力性能，鞥能够延长板式热交换器的寿命，为主机泵组的安全运行提供可靠保证。
