本发明就是在圆管底下打两个通孔，用不锈钢丝折成直角z形，构成输出轴，穿过打的两个通孔，把圆形翻板固定到输出轴上，挡板限制翻板只能转动90度，还有防止臭气泄漏的作用，配重板加在直角z形的另一端，达到翻板自动开合的目的，就构成了此节水马桶装置。可以手动脚动自动开合，有防臭的功能，克服了马桶有残留干大便问题，堵了还不容易清理问题，非常废水，还冲不干净问题，以后还可以方便的修理更换此装置，非常的节水，小便用半舀子生活废水就可以，此装置适用现在正在使用的马桶及将来生产的马桶上，希望此装置给国家人民的节水事业，节省地球资源做出贡献。
