The acoustic board body comprises an outer frame, a shale layer is embedded in the middle of the outer frame, resin layers are arranged on two sides of the shale layer, and the resin layers are resin boards of a honeycomb structure. A metal screen is arranged between the shale layer and each resin layer and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer frame through bolts. A three-layer sound absorption structure is adopted, the inner layer of the three-layer sound absorption structure is made from foaming materials, and the outer layer of the three-layer sound absorption structure is a honeycomb resinlayer. Through the three-layer sound absorption structure, sound waves are enabled to be transmitted in different media, the sound absorption effect is good, and the stability and the shock resistance are high. By separately preparing the shale layer and the resin layers, resin raw materials are used for filling the gaps between the resin layers and the outer frame, so that the resin layers sealthe shale layer better, the stability of the structure is guaranteed, manufacture is simple, the sound absorption effect is good and the structural stability is high.
