The lap joint structure aims at solving the problems that when an existing aluminum alloy formwork is used, concrete is likely to leak, the pouring quality is poor, and lap joint construction is troublesome. According to the lap joint structure, the pouring quality is improved, the PC component and the formworks are combined for construction, the formworks are combined for construction to form a whole, and the advantage of guaranteeing the integrity of the aluminum formwork structure is achieved.
本发明属于建筑领域，尤其是一种铝合金模板和PC构件搭接结构，针对现有的铝合金模板在使用的时候容易出现混泥土泄露、浇筑质量差，搭接施工麻烦的问题的问题，现提出如下方案，包括PC构件以及设置在PC构件端部两侧的对接模板，对接模板远离PC构件的一侧设置有转接模板，PC构件的两侧设置有第一定位机构，两组对接模板相互远离的一侧设置有第二定位机构，第二定位机构远离对接模板的一侧设置有两组平行设置的紧固机构，对接模板靠近PC构件的一侧设置有压板，PC构件的两侧开设有压槽，压槽上连接有与压板固定连接的防漏层。本发明利用提高浇筑质量，使PC构件与模板以及模板之间结合施工，构成一个整体，保证铝模结构的完整性优点。
