The invention relates to a cantilever steel pipe column construction method. A floor is suspended by a vertical steel pipe column, the practical area of a building is increased, and the floor space ofthe inclined steel pipe column part is effectively utilized. A crane is replaced with a manual hoist, because the vertical steel pipe column needs to be kept in a vertical state and the connection isachieved through the end portion of the vertical steel pipe column, a hoisting arm of the crane cannot realize hoisting of the vertical steel pipe column to the state of abutting against a reserved mounting piece, and the manual hoist is fixed above a reserved mounting piece and can pull the vertical steel pipe column through a steel wire rope. Moreover, a worker operates the manual hoist to observe the contact condition between the top end of the vertical steel pipe column and the reserved mounting piece at a close distance, the manual hoist is more convenient than crane hoisting, communication is facilitated, the construction effect is facilitated, the hoisting efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened. Two sets of hoisting lifting lugs and mounting lifting lugs are correspondingly fixed to the two ends of the vertical steel pipe column correspondingly and used for lifting and mounting the manual hoist.
本发明涉及一种悬挑钢管柱施工方法,通过竖直钢管柱实现对楼板的悬挂,提高了建筑的实用面积,有效地利用了斜钢管柱部分的楼层空间。其中手动葫芦替换起吊车,是因为竖直钢管柱需要保持竖直状态并且通过竖直钢管柱的端部进行连接,所以起吊车的起吊臂无法实现将竖直钢管柱吊装至与预留安装件抵接的状态,而手动葫芦固定于预留安装件的上方,可以通过钢丝绳对竖直钢管柱进行牵引。并且工人操作手动葫芦可以近距离观察竖直钢管柱的顶端与预留安装件之间的接触情况,比起吊车起吊更加便捷,因此起到便于沟通、便于施工的效果,有利于提高吊装的效率,缩短施工周期。竖直钢管柱的两端分别固定有两组吊装吊耳和安装吊耳,用于起吊和安装手动葫芦。
