An output shaft of the driver penetrates through the side face of the mounting plate and is fixedly connected with a first horizontal shaft, and a pressing roller is movably mounted on the outer side of the first horizontal shaft. A glue conveying pipe is connected to the side face of the bottom of the mounting plate. A plurality of through holes are formed in the side face of a glue roller movably mounted on the outer side of the glue conveying pipe, balls embedded inside the through holes can enable glue which is input to the glue roller by a glue pump through a connecting pipe to be evenly smeared on a wall face, and voids are avoided; and the output shaft of the driver mounted on the side face of the top of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the first horizontal shaft, a pressing strip is welded to the side face of the pressing roller mounted on the side face of the first horizontal shaft, and thus carbon fiber cloth on a cloth winding roller can be pressed and attached, and the hollowing phenomenon is avoided.
