Automatic interlocking mechanism for isolation chamber doors of high-voltage switchgear
The invention discloses an automatic interlocking mechanism for isolation chamber doors of a high-voltage switchgear. The automatic interlocking mechanism comprises an ejecting rod and a return pin. The rear ends of the ejecting rod and the return pin are separately hinged to the two ends of a connecting rod. The middle part of the connecting rod is hinged to a connecting rod seat, and the connecting rod seat is fixed to the inner side of a box. A return pin spring is arranged between the return pin and the inner side of the box; the front end of the ejecting rod corresponds to the inner surface of a right door, and the front end of the return pin corresponds to a blind hole in the inner surface of a left door. When the right door is opened, the front end of the ejecting rod separates fromthe inner surface of the right door, and the front end of the return pin exits the blind hole in the inner surface of the left door; when the right door is closed, the inner surface of the right doorpushes the front end of the ejecting rod, the front end of the return pin is inserted into the blind hole in the inner face of the left door. The automatic interlocking and unlocking of the isolationchamber doors is realized by the return pin spring, the complexity of a locking mechanism is greatly reduced, the accuracy and feasibility of the operation are improved, and the safety performance isimproved. The automatic interlocking mechanism is suitable for the locking of the two adjacent isolation chamber doors.
