The invention discloses a novel thermochromic intelligent window with adjustable emissivity. The novel thermochromic intelligent window with adjustable emissivity comprises a window frame, wherein a glass assembly is arranged in the window frame, and comprises a glass substrate; a metallic oxide coating for adjusting the glass substrate to have a low radiation function at an intermediate infraredarea is deposited on one side of the glass substrate, and is a layer of transparent indium tin oxide film; a solar energy adjustment high-radiation part is arranged on the other side of the glass substrate, and comprises a first polyethylene layer; and a hydroxy propyl cellulose hydrogel layer is arranged on the upper part of the first polyethylene layer, is further provided with a second polyethylene layer, and is wrapped in the middle by the first polyethylene layer and the second polyethylene layer. According to the novel thermochromic intelligent window with adjustable emissivity providedby the invention, different-waveband heat radiation and solar transmissivity can be dynamically adjusted according to the season and weather changes, so that the indoor temperature is reduced, the energy consumption is saved, and the cooling load of a building in summer and the heat loss in winter are reduced.
