A double-layer structure heat preservation bowl comprises an inner bowl body and an outer bowl body. The inner bowl body is sleeved in the bowl cavity of the outer bowl body. The inner bowl body and the outer bowl body are hermetically connected at a bowl opening; an interlayer is arranged between the inner bowl body and the outer bowl body; an electric heating conversion module is arranged in theinterlayer. The inner bowl body is made of ceramic. The outer bowl body is made of porcelain. The electric heating conversion module comprises a heat transfer net, a thermoelectric power generation sheet, a storage battery, an electric heating wire, a temperature sensor and a central controller. The heat transfer net and the electric heating wire are arranged in the interlayer. The thermoelectricpower generation sheet, the storage battery and the central controller are arranged below the interlayer. The temperature sensor is clung to the bottom of the inner bowl body. The heat transfer net is connected with the thermoelectric power generation sheet. The storage battery is connected with the thermoelectric power generation sheet. The storage battery is connected with the heating wire. According to the ceramic and porcelain combined double-layer heat preservation bowl and the manufacturing method thereof, different material characteristics of ceramic and porcelain are combined, and theobtained heat preservation bowl is exquisite in process and good in heat preservation effect.
