The invention relates to the field of novel wall materials, particularly to masonry mortar for autoclaved silicate bricks. The masonry mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 180-230 parts of 42.5-grade ordinary Portland cement, 70-120 parts of fly ash, 650-750 parts of dry sand, 0.5-2 parts of a water-retaining agent, 0.5-1 part of a plastic retaining agent, 1-10 parts of awaterproof agent, 10-30 parts of a binder and 5-15 parts of an anti-freezing agent. The masonry mortar for the autoclaved silicate bricks prepared according to the proportions provided by the invention has excellent construction workability, excellent water-retaining property and good binding power, can effectively improve the shear strength and the deformation resistance of autoclaved silicate brick masonry, produces a strong hydrophobic effect and is capable of effectively preventing upward or downward spreading of water, so the durability of the autoclaved silicate brick masonry is improved, and the safety and reliability of the autoclaved silicate brick masonry are guaranteed.
本发明涉及新型墙体材料领域,尤其涉及一种蒸压硅酸盐砖用砌筑砂浆,包括以下重量配比的组分:42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥180‑230份、粉煤灰70‑120份、干砂650‑750份、保水剂0.5‑2份、保塑剂0.5‑1份、防水剂1‑10份、粘结剂10‑30份、防冻剂5‑15份;本发明所述的配比制成的蒸压硅酸盐用砌筑砂浆具有优异的施工和易性、优良的保水性以及良好的粘结力,能够有效的提升蒸压硅酸盐砖砌体的抗剪强度,同时可以有效的增加蒸压硅酸盐砖砌体的抗变形能力,具有较强的疏水作用,能够有效地阻止水份的向上或向下的蔓延,进而提升了蒸压硅酸盐砖砌体的耐久性,保证了蒸压硅酸盐砖砌体的安全可靠。
